On Friday, Al's school called and he was sent home with a fever.
Turns out, he has "hand, foot and mouth disease"- one of Daddy's diseases
NOT to be confused with "foot and mouth disease" - one of Mommy's diseases.
HFMD didn't slow him down too much,
but check out the drool.

But happy to keep movin'
Scooting in the grass....

Despite Al's fever, he felt pretty good and we were able to have
a nice weekend with a visit from buddies, a little yardwork,
an early morning pediatrix trip, and a visit from Granny on Monday.
And Alistair is feeling MUCH better.
Al's scooting is VERY effective - he got just what he was after! How adorable. Sorry the little guy has been sick. when N got the HFMD when he was 1, I also got it and that was not fun...
