Arctic Splash

Al's mama and papa have imposed sanctions on large plastic toys.

Fortuntely, Auntie came to the rescue with
this sweet arctic splash table.
Including squirting polar animals.

Hi Guys.

In other news, Alistair is...
Moving *relatively* fast with his pushcart.

Enjoying time outside with papa...

and with mama.

And just hangin' out.

Under the Weather

On Friday, Al's school called and he was sent home with a fever.
Turns out, he has "hand, foot and mouth disease"- one of Daddy's diseases
NOT to be confused with "foot and mouth disease" - one of Mommy's diseases.
HFMD didn't slow him down too much,
but check out the drool.

Not quite in top form. Dang Picornaviridae!

But happy to keep movin'

Scooting in the grass....

And a video - note the grey and white flash at the beginning.

Despite Al's fever, he felt pretty good and we were able to have
a nice weekend with a visit from buddies, a little yardwork,
an early morning pediatrix trip, and a visit from Granny on Monday.
And Alistair is feeling MUCH better.

O-N-E

Guess who is 1?
Yup! This guy. We had a nice quiet birthday in the middle of a BIG week.

Alistair leaps off the couch while the girls wonder...where did he go?
Fortunately auntie was faster to the rescue and made a dramatic catch.

Papa got home from a trip to New York just time...

Hello, Denard.

We wanted outdoor baseball in Minnesota...and it's beautiful.

A few beautiful drives.
